Gourmet Food Trucks Featured At Blenheim Shows

As a way of providing additional dining options while adhering to social distancing requirements, Blenheim EquiSports is pleased to announce the addition of Gourmet Food Trucks during select dates and times.

The first Featured Food Truck will be The Coconut Truck, at
Blenheim Spring Classic II and III.

Founded in 2014, The Coconut Truck is an award-winning and highly acclaimed food truck offering California Asian Fare. They’ve been featured in many Orange County publications, mentioned on Mornings with Ryan Seacrest and named best food truck by OC Weekly.

Their menu is crafted to be fresh, savory and packed with delicious pan Asian flavors.

ON THE MENU

RICE OR NOODLE BOWLS
Served with steamed white rice, coconut dressing or garlic noodles & Asian slaw

ORANGE GLAZED CHICKEN
Crispy chicken breast tossed in a sweet orange chili glaze and topped with scallions and toasted sesame seeds

BBQ TERIYAKI CHICKEN
Chargrilled marinated chicken topped with scallions and toasted sesame seeds

HALF & HALF
Orange glazed chicken and bbq teriyaki

LEMONGRASS RIBEYE STEAK
Thinly sliced ribeye steak marinated in lemongrass paste and coconut milk, grilled and topped with crispy shallots, scallions and cilantro

COCONUT SHRIMP
Grilled shrimp tossed in coconut milk topped with toasted coconut flakes, crispy shallots, scallions and toasted sesame seeds

SURF & TURF
Lemongrass ribeye steak & coconut shrimp

GARLIC NOODLES
Yakisoba noodles cooked in a savory garlic sauce, topped with scallions & toasted sesame seeds

Blenheim Spring Classic II April 2 & 3 (11am – 3pm)
Blenheim Spring Classic III April 9 & 10 (11am – 3pm)
