Blenheim EquiSports Transitions Las Vegas National Horse Show Management to the Desert International Horse Park

San Juan Capistrano, CA – September 14, 2024 – The Las Vegas National Horse Show was first launched by Blenheim EquiSports more than two decades ago, and in the years since then, Blenheim EquiSports management has worked tirelessly to grow the horse show to the prestigious level it is today. Now, the Desert International Horse Park team will be taking over the reins of the annual event in a change of management enthusiastically supported by Blenheim EquiSports.

Throughout the transition, Blenheim EquiSports will work in unison with the Desert International Horse Park to ensure a seamless changeover. Transitioning away from the Las Vegas National Horse Show will allow Blenheim EquiSports to put an even greater emphasis on producing a robust schedule of events at the organization’s home base, the Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park in San Juan Capistrano, CA.

At present, Blenheim EquiSports is amidst two back-to-back weeks of sold-out horse shows at the Riding Park – the Blenheim Fall Tournament and the Blenheim International Jumping Festival – and the commitment remains to provide top-notch competition options for West Coast-based competitors. Immediately following the conclusion of the Blenheim International Jumping Festival, construction will begin on the long-awaited environmental infrastructure project. This investment into the Riding Park will secure its legacy as “The Place to Jump” on the West Coast in perpetuity.

This year’s Las Vegas National, to be held November 11-17 at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa, will again feature the Marshall + Sterling / USHJA National Championships as well as the CPHA Foundation’s WCE Medal Final and the all-new IHSA/USHJA 3’3” Hunter Seat Medal Final.
