NEW THIS YEAR: EquiJet awarding round-trip equine airfare
Back by popular demand, Blenheim EquiSports is offering multiple circuit awards for the 2018 season! New this year is the 1.50m USEF National Grand Prix Circuit Award, sponsored by EquiJet. The rider of the horse/rider combination with the most points will win a gift certificate for one round trip domestic airfare for one horse! The award will be presented after the $50,000 Grand Prix, presented by EquiJet, at the Showpark Summer Classic, on Saturday, August 25th.
With three 1.50m Grand Prix events remaining this season, including this Saturday’s $30,000 Blenheim June Classic 2 Grand Prix, presented by The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, the top contenders are all within one win away from each another:
Chacco/Carly Anthony – 24 points
Chacco P/Will Simpson – 15 points
Valkyrie de Talma/Rachel Cornacchia – 15 points
Durango VDL/Shawn Casady – 15 points
Clochard/Carly Anthony – 9 points
