2023 PRO SERIES LEADING PROFESSIONAL HUNTER DERBY RIDER AWARD

Blenheim EquiSports is proud to welcome PRO Series Equine as a 2023 sponsor and the title sponsor of the PRO Series Leading Professional Hunter Derby Rider Award, to be presented on July 18, after the conclusion of the $15,000 USHJA National Open Hunter Derby, to the rider with the most points accumulated in the USHJA Open Hunter Derbies & International Hunter Derbies held in the 2023 season.

Blenheim Spring Classic 1 – USHJA National Hunter Derby

Blenheim Spring Classic 2 – USHJA National Hunter Derby

San Juan Capistrano International – USHJA International Hunter Derby

Surf & Turf International – USHJA National Hunter Derby

Leading Rider Awards:  The Rider with the most points accumulated will be awarded at the conclusion of the series a PRO Series Equine sponsorship.  Riders will receive points per event based on their top placing horse only.  Points will be awarded based on the number of entries who compete in each classic.  First place will be awarded one more point than the number of entries in the class, second place will be awarded one less point than the number of entries in the class, third place one less than second place, fourth place one less than third, etc.
