Breakfast: Assorted Pastries, Fresh Yogurt and Granola, Fruit, Eggs, and Cheese.
Lunch: Paninis, Wraps, and Mixed Baby Green Salads.
Additional Purchase Upgraded Options, serves up to 6 and includes:
Breakfast: Ciabatta Breakfast Sandwiches with honey ham or bacon, scrambled eggs, and aged cheddar cheese. It also includes either fresh fruit or Greek yogurt.
Lunch: Vegetarian Lasagna, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread.
Or
Focaccia Box Lunch with your choice of Turkey Breast, Honey Ham, Roast Beef. Includes Chips and Cookie.
Gourmet Food Truck Schedule
Cabanas – $950/week
Cabanas can be placed around the showgrounds and come fully furnished.
Ringside Suites – $1,500/week
Ringside Suites next to the Grand Prix and Olympic Rings come fully furnished, including electricity, mini fridge, 2 VIP parking spots.
